Timbersports competes at UCONN

For our first meet of the year on February 28th, selected members of the ESF Timber Sports teams traveled to UCONN’s annual Jack and Jill meet. ESF sent three collegiate teams and two alumni teams which featured one recent alumni and one current collegiate athlete. We had a blast getting ourselves back into the swing of things- literally. This meet served as a great steppingstone as for the majority of our athletes . It was their first time chopping, both underhand and standing block, in competition! In the alumni division, Vienna Klumn and Gabe Oakley impressively walked away, taking third place. With our next meet at Alfred state college coming up fast, we are revving our gears and preparing for another great meet!
