Coach Melfi's Comments
This was a very competitive meet going up against the division 1 and 2 schools and it was rather warm for a mid October day. The races went out really quick and our runners had to sort of change their race plans in the moment. I was very impressed with our depth and spread (which is our time between our top 5 runners). For the women, it was 58 seconds and the men it was 1:08. We had 4 ladies get 5k xc personal bests, Erica Angelillo, Camila Garcia, Grace Tanski and Ella Roenfeldt.
